The Yblon Brewery, located in the picturesque city of Ragusa, is one of the most dynamic realities on the Italian craft beer scene. Founded in 2015 by Marco Gianino together with four partners, the brewery draws inspiration from the historical name of the ancient Greek city Hybla Heraia. Marco Gianino, who began his career in the beer world as a homebrewer in 2007, is now the master brewer of Yblon. Yblon's philosophy is based on a balance between tradition and innovation, with beers that reflect the influences of the great brewing schools of Belgium, the United Kingdom and the United States, but enriched with local ingredients such as the Tarocco oranges in the Hoppy Saison of the same name.

The brewery has a production capacity of 4.5 hl per brew and a cellar of 80 hl, with an annual output of around 400 hl. Among Yblon's most popular beers are Culovra, Badessa, Noblex and Tarocco, the latter a collaboration with Hilltop. In addition to brewing beers, Yblon also runs the Brasseria, an official brewery with kitchen, which offers a complete gastronomic experience to its visitors.

Yblon stands out for its commitment to overcoming the limits of the provincialism that often characterises the Italian craft beer movement, proposing cosmopolitan beers that maintain strong ties with the Sicilian territory.
