Barley Wine made with Maris Otter malt and East Kent Golding hops, then aged for a year in Port casks. Compared to the other two fermented with Saison yeast, despite being the more alcoholic version it has a lot of balance overall. Fruit and wood dominate both in the nose and mouth. Exemplary.

16 November 2010 - The base

24K, the first brew of BREWFIST. Since then we have been greeting this important event with the production of two long-aged beers: Old Lodi and Double Spaghetti.


For the brewery, every early winter is a harbinger of great events, which are celebrated with a big party at Terminal1, the brewery's pub


18 April 2011 - Take-off

Spaceman was born, a West Coast IPA that left fans and us speechless: alcoholic, dry, fragrant and abundantly bitter, it soon became the brewery's battering ram.

Spaceman beer is our homage to the explosive citrus and fruity notes of American hops. Buckle up.


In orbit

Growing demand leads to an increase in production, which translates into new investments: a new 5-head machine to brew the beers, and four 60 HL tanks and one 90 HL tank are added to the several 30 HL tanks already in place for the production of Spaceman
